Citrix Workspace upgrade will take place. All older versions of Citrix Workspace will be uninstalled. Please leave your computer onsite and powered on. If your computer isn’t connected to our network during the maintenance period, it will receive the update the next time it connects to our network.

Epic will be unavailable until the installation is complete and your computer has restarted. It may take a few minutes for the Epic desktop shortcut to appear.

If you experience an issue after the maintenance window, please reboot your computer before contacting the SOM Help Desk.
