As of Tuesday, May 26, the phones at 1707 W. Charleston Suite 100 and Suite 230 are not working as expected. There is an intermittent one-way audio issue where callers cannot hear staff after a call is resumed from hold. IT is aware of the problem and is actively working with Cox Communications to identify the root cause and implement a resolution.

To assist in identifying the root cause, please report any occurrences to the SOM Help Desk with the date and time, your phone number, the external caller's number, and a brief description of the event.
